By upgrading the SELEKTA GS M42 type with a hard coating, we meet the high demands on the performance and durability of the band saw blade. The special coating in combination with the patented tooth geometry allows a significant increase in lifetime compared to the uncoated version with at least the same cutting performance. In addition, the material cut off is characterised by a high surface quality.

1. Special surface treatment for extra smooth rounding of the tooth gap to prevent blade cracking.
2. Variable tooth pitch with 7 tooth interval for optimum chip separation and reduced stress on the cutting edge.
3. Body made of alloy steel with high flexibility. Special surface treatment ensures less friction in the guides.
4. The extremely positive rake angle makes it easier to cut into the material and increases performance.
5. Patented technology of performing and finishing teeth.
6. High-alloy tool steel with a hardness of 69 HRC allows cutting materials up to tensile strength 1400 N/mm².
