Information for customers


Pursuant to Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code effective as of 1 January 2014), we would like to inform you of the basic rights and obligations for entrepreneurs relating to the delivery and possible complaint of goods.


  • The buyer's right from defective performance is based on the defect that the thing has when the risk of damage passes to the buyer, even if it appears later. The buyer's right shall also be established by a defect arising later which the seller has caused by a breach of his duty.
  • The packaging and goods must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and any defects must be reported to the seller without undue delay. These obvious defects cannot otherwise be claimed later as a right of defective performance.
  • The right from hidden defects must be notified immediately after the buyer could have discovered the defect with sufficient care, but no later than 2 years after the handover of the item. For example, a crack in a weld.

  • It is possible to claim the actual and reasonable costs of the claim from the seller.
  • We recommend attaching a copy of the purchase receipt, a detailed description of the defect, the desired method of settling the complaint (if the repair is possible: repair or discount on the purchase price, if the repair is not possible: delivery of a new item or withdrawal from the contract) and contact details (phone, email) where you can send confirmation of receipt and settlement of the complaint.
  • In case of delivery of a new item or withdrawal from the contract, it is necessary to return the item or goods back to the seller, ideally in their original condition.
  • The complaint will be settled without undue delay, no later than 40 days from the date of its application.
  • The warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by normal use of the item.
