DUROSET — Tough and versatile band saw blade
The DUROSET carbide band saw blade with tooth setting impresses with its robustness and versatility both on powerful older band saws and on modern machines adapted for the use of carbide blades. This allows an increase in performance of up to 50% compared to standard bimetallic band saw blades.
Robust construction with suitable backing material, precision ground geometry, set teeth and positive tooth rake angle lead to increased wear resistance and thus long service life. In doing so, it offers universal use in industry and on standard band saws.
The coated version of DUROSET PREMIUM can then be used for very demanding cutting operations and thus achieve a significant increase in tool life.
