The SKALAR PREMIUM M42 band saw blade with coating was developed by WIKUS specifically for materials with large dimensions. Compared to the uncoated SKALAR M42 type, it achieves even higher cutting performance with a significantly longer service life in continuous operation and impresses with low vibration and quiet operation.

The reliable and accurate SKALAR PREMIUM M42 facilitates the simultaneous operation of multiple machines in large cutting shops. Combined with less frequent band saw blade changes and the ability to cut very precisely, this leads to impressively high efficiency.
